You have the right to be informed about how we collect and use your personal data. Our Privacy Policy provides this information in detail.
Right of Access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. This is commonly known as a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will respond within one month of receiving your request.
Right to Rectification
If any personal data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. Contact us with the details that need updating.
Right to Erasure
Also known as the "right to be forgotten," you can request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances, including when:
- The data is no longer necessary for its original purpose
- You withdraw consent and there is no other legal basis for processing
- You object to processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds
Right to Restrict Processing
You can request that we limit how we use your data in certain situations, such as while we verify accuracy following a rectification request.
Right to Data Portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller.
Right to Object
You can object to processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, including processing for direct marketing purposes.
Rights Related to Automated Decision Making
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you. We do not currently use automated decision-making processes.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
We will respond to all legitimate requests within one month. If your request is complex or we receive multiple requests, we may extend this by up to two additional months, but we will inform you of any delay.
Children's Data
As an organisation providing educational services to children, we take extra care with children's data. We only collect information about children through their parents or guardians, and we obtain appropriate consent before processing.
Data Transfers
We primarily process data within the United Kingdom. If we transfer data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
